List of Sprinklers

A list of the sprinklers installed in the property is to be posted in the Spare Sprinkler
Cabinet (frequently referred to as the Head Box). This is in addition to the stock of
spare sprinklers and sprinkler wrench(s) that are required to be in the Head Box.

The list shall include the following:


(1) Sprinkler Identification Number (SIN) if equipped; or the manufacturer, model,
orifice, deflector type, thermal sensitivity, and pressure rating
(2) General description
(3) Quantity of each type to be contained in the cabinet
(4) Issue or revision date of the list

Exhibit 1 – Spare Sprinkler Cabinet Exhibit 2 – List of Sprinklers

Exhibit 2 is an example if list contained in the spare sprinkler cabinet (Exhibit 1).
The list includes the sprinkler identification (SIN); a general description of the
sprinkler, including upright, pendent, residential, ESFR, etc.; and the quantity of
sprinklers that is to be maintained in the spare sprinkler cabinet.
