“Take firm hold of instruction, do not let go; keep her, for she is
your life.”
-Proverbs 4:13
Have you ever seen people who never liked being corrected? People
like this always end up in a lot of trouble (Proverbs 22:3).
According to the Bible, those who ignore God’s Word are called
‘rebels’ (Proverbs 24:7 TLB). Don’t be like them. Learn to take to
instructions that come from your parents, teachers and leaders in
church; and most importantly, learn to live by the instructions that
you receive from God’s Word. They will ensure your success in life.
Proverbs 8:33
LET’S PRAY
Father, I thank You for Your Word of instruction. I receive it into my
spirit today and I become wiser, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

You’re Not An Accident
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were
born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”
-Jeremiah 1:5
Everything God made is perfect; no errors or accidents. You’re
God’s precious child, and your life is neither by chance nor
accident. Forget those negative things you were told about your
birth. God is telling you today, ‘you’re not an accident.’ You’re
perfect because you’re born of Him.
Your steps are guided by God (Psalm 37:23). He already planned
for you before you were born, and His plan is to bring you to a
glorious future.
You’re not an accident, you’re God’s precious child.
SAY THIS
I am not a child of chance; I walk in the paths of glory, victory and
success. Hallelujah

You Can Change It!
“Elijah was as completely human as we are, and yet when he prayed
earnestly that no rain would fall, nonefell for the next three and a
half years!”
-James 5:17 TLB
Do you remember Elijah’s story? He prayed that it wouldn’t rain in
the city of Jezreel and it didn’t for three and a half years (James
5:17). Then, he prayed again for the rain to come and it did rain.
Wow! Elijah changed situations through his prayers. You can do the
same too!
Therefore, refuse to complain about any situation because you have
the power to change things through your prayers.
1 Kings 18:42- 45
LET’S PRAY
Father, I thank you for the privilege of prayer. Through my prayers I
effect changes in my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Keep Going
“And the LORD said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the
children of Israel to go forward.”
-Exodus 14:15
The children of Israel left Egypt happily and came before the Red
Sea. When they saw the Egyptians coming after them, they became
afraid because they couldn’t cross the Red Sea. They cried out to
God for help, and God told Moses to tell them to go forward. When
they did, the sea parted and they walked on dry ground!
Do you have a dream in your heart? If God has said, ‘go on’, then
trust Him with all of your heart and go! Don’t let anything stop you
or make youafraid, keep going; He is more than able to take care of
you.
God is more than able to take care of you.
SAY THIS
I am moving forward and making progress every day. Hallelujah!
Philippians 3:13-14

Keep The Right Friends
“Do not be deceived: ‘evil company corrupts good habits.’”
-1 Corinthians 15:33
When Daniel needed help, he told his friends who prayed with him
and they received an answer (Daniel 2:17-19). Imagine what would
have happened if Daniel didn’t have such godly friends? He
probably would have gotten into a lot of trouble.
As God’s child it’s very important that you are in the company of
Christian friends. The Bible says “...friends sharpen the minds of
each other” (Proverbs 27:17 CEV). So, when making friends, make
the kind of friends that’ll encourage you to take your studies
seriously, and inspire you in the things of God.
Proverbs 27:17
LET’S PRAY
Dear Father, I receive your wisdom today to choose the right kind of
friends that will inspire me to do more for you, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Pray Always
“Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray
and not lose heart,”
-Luke 18:1
Jesus prayed a lot. He always took out time to pray. Prayer is
important, it is communication with God; you talking to God and
God is talking to you.
Not just the ‘give me’ kind of prayer but spending time with the
Lord; fellowshipping with Him, especially as you pray in other
tongues.
You must learn to pray always. Don’t wait for a special time to
pray; rather, make it a constant habit to pray. This is how to live the
kind of life God wants for you.
You must learn to pray always.
LET’S PRAY
Father, I love you and I enjoy talking with you. Thank you for always
hearing and answering my prayers, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
1Timothy 2:1

Use Your Time Wisely
“There is a right time for everything:”
-Ecclesiastes 3:1 TLB
Time is precious. Every second or minute spent will never come
back. Jesus knew this, so He never wasted a second. He used his
time to pray, heal the sick and preach the Word. He used His time
wisely.
There’s a right time for everything. For example, there’s a time to
be up and a time to sleep. If you’re up when you should be sleeping,
you’d wake up late and get to school late. Can you see how
important time is? Use your time wisely. Study when you ought to,
and go to bed at the right time.
LET’S PRAY
Thank You Father for teaching me how important time is; I refuse to
waste any second of today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Ephesians 5:16

A Wonderful Treasure
“Your word to me, your servant, is like pure gold; I treasure what
you say.”
-Psalm 119:140 CEV
Do you know God has given you a wonderful treasure? “What’s that
treasure?” You may ask. It’s His Word!
God’s Word is a special gift from Him—a gift without measure. It’s
more valuable than all the gold, silver and diamond in the world.
This wonderful treasure will guide you in all your ways and keep
you far away from failure. Therefore, put your trust in the Word and
go for it!
God’s Word is a special gift from Him.
SAY THIS
I have a wonderful treasure; God’s gift in my life without measure.I love
the Word of God.
Psalm 119:105
A Brand New Day
8
“Jerusalem, stand up! Shine! Your new day is dawning. The glory of
the LORD shines brightly on you.”
-Isaiah 60:1 CEV
Today is a brand new day. It doesn’t matter how bad yesterday may
have been, it’s all gone. The Bible says all things; the stars, the
moon and even the sun are all working for your good (Romans
8:28).God’s blessings for you today are fresh and new, so receive
them into your spirit by starting out your day with prayers. The
power of God is in your mouth; so, spend time to pray in other
tongues, speak to your day and bless it. This is how to have a great
day every day.
Psalm 68:19
SAY THIS
I declare that my day is fruitful and productive; the glory of the Lord is
upon me!
Be A Worshipper
9
“I will greatly praise the LORD with my mouth; yes, I will praise
Him among the multitude.”
-Psalm 109:30
Do you know God loves worship? He loves it when we worship and
praise Him. God doesn’t want you begging Him for anything; He
has already given you everything you’d ever need (2 Peter 1:3).
Jesus fed five thousand people, raised Lazarus from the dead and
did many more other mighty works! He was a worshipper. Be like
Jesus; be a worshipper, and you’ll always live the life of the
supernatural.
Learn to be a worshipper.
SAY THIS
Lord, I worship you for all you’ve done in my life!
The Lord Jesus never had to beg God for anything, yet He fed
