2- PREPARATION OF THE ALUMINIUM PROFILES

IMPORTANT: All aluminium profiles (main profile, track rail and clear width profile) Tools
must be cut down to size, as per the cutting dimensions shown on point no. 6
of Step S2 in this manual.

3- FIX THE ALUMINIUM TRACK RAIL

IMPORTANT: Stick firmly and avoid air gaps. To stick properly, start fixing
one end of the track rail on point A (at 15 mm from the edge), and continue
fixing slowly in the opposite direction (towards B) until you reach the other
end..

4- SLIDE THE NUTS AND HANDRAILS

1.- Slide the rail nuts as shown on Pic 2.6.

2.- On Pic 2.7 you will see the right number of rail nuts and square
nuts to slide on the main profile, and its correspondance with all the
elements.

dimensions depend on the clear opening width (CW).

The maximum dimensions displayed correspond to the maximum


recommended dimension for a bi-parting door.

2- LEAF TROLLEYS ASSEMBLY

1.- Assemble the leaf suspension brackets as
shown on Pic 3.1 / Pic 3.2 / Pic 3.3

On the 2 meeting trolleys:
1.- Put on the screws, washers and spacers for the dragging arms as shown
on Pic 3.4 / Pic 3.5 / Pic 3.6 / Pic 3.7
2.- On the meeting trolley of the left leaf, assemble these accessories on the nº10-11
top side of the trolley Pic 3.4 / Pic 3.7
3.- On the meeting trolley of the right leaf, assemble on the bottom side. Pic 3.5 / Pic 3.7

IMPORTANT: washers shown on the pictures will be found inside the plastic bag with other
accessories, delivered with each trolley, not with the dragging arms. Screws and spacers are
delivered with the dragging arms. Assemble screws, washers and spacers as close as
possible to the edge to match exactly the holes on the dragging arms. If the holes of the
dragging arms do not match with the spacers, check these are on the correct position.
Distance between them is 20 cm, as shown on Pic 3.6

3- FIX THE TROLLEYS TO THE MAIN PROFILE

1.- Fix the trolleys on the track rail Pic 3.7 / 3.8 Tools
2.- Slide the central wheel to the top until the trolley is well
adjusted to the main profile. Pic 3.9
3.- Tighten the central wheel firmly and check that trolleys slide

smoothly and securely (without bouncing) on the track rail .

4- ASSEMBLE THE END STOPS AND CENTRAL STEEL STOPPER

1.- Insert the two end stops on both ends of the main profile. Tools
Do not tighten the screws yet. Tighten only at the end of the
installation process, once the door leaves have been centred
and placed in the correct position. Pic 3.12 / 3.13

2.- Fix the central steel stopper to the short hand rail on the main

IMPORTANT: the central steel stopper is supplied with every Activa+ motor
group. If the door is equipped with an Automatic Lock (optional), the
central steel stopper must NOT be installed. Please refer to step S6 for
installation instructions of the automatic lock.

1) DO NOT use the spacers supplied with the dragging arm.
These are used only on the Bravo operator.

2) REPLACE the screws supplied with the dragging arms, with


those supplied inside the box of the leaf trolleys, which are

3- MOUNT THE MOTOR GROUP ONTO THE MAIN PROFILE

screws still loose to allow the motor group slide on the main profile to find the centre position
(this is done only when the door leaves are already fixed to the trolleys).

1.- Insert the automatic lock from the back of the motor group, and fix to the main profile. Keep
the fixing screws loose to let the lock slide left and right Pic 6.3 / 6.6 With the sliding leaves fixed
to the trolleys, slide them to close position.

2.- Centre the lock on the main profile, making sure there is a 3 mm gap left between the lock and
the meeting brackets on both trolleys Pic 6.5 After the lock has been centred you may adjust and
tighten the meeting brackets to the trolleys. Pic 6.4

3.- Tighten the top screws on the main profile to secure the position of the automatic lock and attach
