H - Hold Point: Second and third parties shall request for QP inspection and review of the activity and associated deliverables. Manufacturing or construction shall not progress until satisfactory acceptance by
the QP QC Team.

W - Witness Point: Second and third parties shall request for QP inspection and review of the activity and associated deliverables. Manufacturing or construction may progress if QP do not attend to the notified
inspection activity.

M - Monitor: Qaftar Petroleum reserves the right to conduct surveillance and monitoring of third party manufacturing or construction activities to confirm that requirements are properly adhered to.
R - Review: Second and third parties shall provide the relevant Inspection and Test Record to the QP QC Team for review and approval after completion of the inspection activity.
