This document is a deed of conditional sale between Apolinario Suyu Bulauitan Jr. and Madelyne Dayag Taguinod for the sale of a silver metallic Toyota Hilux. DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract is entered into by and between:

APOLINARIO SUYU BULAUITAN, JR., of legal age, Filipino, and a


resident of Dodan, Penablanca, Cagayan, hereinafter called the VENDOR, and
MADELYNE DAYAG TAGUINOD, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a
resident of Mangga, Peñablanca Cagayan, hereinafter called the VENDEE;

-witnesseth-

That as evidenced by herein attached Certificate of Registration (CR), the


VENDOR is the registered owners of a Silver Mettalic Toyota Hilux with Plate
No. ABZ2585;

That the Vendor is willing to sell the said motor vehicle to the VENDEE
under the conditions set below;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the


VENDOR hereby sell and convey by way of conditional sale to the VENDEE the
said motor vehicle an entire consideration of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (P1,200,000.00), subject to the following conditions:

1. That the parties agreed that the VENDEE shall deliver the amount of
THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00) upon
execution of this instrument;

2. That the VENDEE undertake to deliver the remaining balance of NINE


HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P900,000.00) in thirty six (36)
monthly equal installment in the amount of TWENTY FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS (P25,000.00);

3. That in case of default, the parties agreed that the VENDEE shall have
seven (7) days to settle the same, and in case it is not settled during the said
period, the parties agreed that the contract shall be cancelled, and that the
amount paid shall be forfeited in favor of the VENDOR or shall be
proceeded in accordance with existing laws of the Philippines;

4. That material possession over the said motor vehicle shall be delivered to
the VENDEE upon execution of this instrument;

5. That the Deed of Absolute Sale shall be executed by Vendor upon full
payment of the consideration.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the Province of Cagayan came
and appeared the afore-named parties in this instrument and acknowledged the
foregoing deed as their voluntary act and deed, and I have duly verified their
identities through personal interview and through their I.Ds. bearing their picture
and signature which are competent proofs of identity.

This instrument refers to a Deed of Conditional Sale consisting of two (2)


pages including this page where the acknowledgment appears, duly signed by the
parties and their witnesses on each and every page thereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereto set my hand and affixed my
