Assestment 2 Risk Assessment Form

This risk assessment form evaluates potential risks for an IT department workplace. It identifies risks such as electrocution from exposed live wires when installing computers, radiation exposure and eye strain from long computer use, and muscle strain from prolonged sitting. Existing controls include covering wires, using screen protectors, and scheduling breaks. Additional controls recommended are properly embedding all wires, using dual layer screen protectors, and incorporating torso movements every 30 minutes. The form also rates risks such as equipment failure and data loss as medium and identifies controls like substitution, PPE usage, backups, and engineering solutions. Responsible parties and implementation deadlines are assigned for each risk.
