• These 4 R’s are a comprehensive practice for living a Christ-first life.
• There is a spiritual component in reaching people that involves more
than just speaking in a way for them to hear the truth...it also involves
how we live our life to a watching world. It’s the apologetic of our life
that combined with the right approach and the right tools can make our
apologetic three-dimensional.
• You may not feel qualified to do what God has called you to do; but
if God has called you to be a witness, He will empower you to be a
witness. We just need to be obedient to his calling.

COVID-19 has been posing unprecedented challenges and has become a crisis of multiple aspects: human, economic,
and social. All of us feel the debilitating effect of lockdowns, economic downturns, and social isolation — from overeating,
oversleeping, and anxiety, to long- term consequences within families and individuals.* As we all pray and wait for a
vaccine, we must not neglect the other aspects of our well-being. Is there a better way to manage stress, and a realistic
way to stay healthy physically, mentally and emotionally in the new normal?

Statistics show that there are 2.2 million Filipinos at work overseas, all over the world.* And though their working conditions
and family situations may be far from ideal, God may have a higher purpose for such diaspora: our OFWs may be our
nation’s greatest contribution to world missions. What can we intentionally do as a church to bring them in to become

It has never been a more challenging time to teach our children (and disciples) about sex, love, than today. Outside of
the church is a highly sexualized world; the definition of marriage now includes the legal union of same-sex couples; and
love is defined as a feeling you have for someone who makes you happy. The Bible does not flinch on these topics and
Scriptures shows us the real beauty of these God-given gifts. Learn how and what to teach your children and disciples

Filipinos are hospitable, welcoming, and culturally flexible, and it reflects in the digital realm of social media. In fact,
Filipinos are ranked number 1 in social media use in the world!* But when our nation’s citizens morph into social media
netizens, we see a darker side: we see people that are no longer gracious, kind, or loving, even when fighting for the
“truth” online. How do we continue to act and speak as followers of Christ in a time and age where all social interactions
have moved online? In our desire for transformation, is social media the best route?
