The purpose of this form is to ensure that you are allocated a dissertation supervisor aligned with
your chosen area for research. This title can change several times over the course of your studies.
If you are not able to write a specific working title then please write the subject area you wish to
research and a supervisor will work with you to identify a working title. This form does not
contribute to your assessment grades. Please send this form to the dissertation module leader for
your programme.

This is a pre-cursor to ethical sign-off of your project so under no circumstances should


data collection or participant recruitment occur prior to ethical approval.
