Using the Snipping Tool
1. Click Start / All Programs / Accessories / Snipping Tool
2. The following box should appear
3. Click New and select the option you want to use
Recommendation would be to use:
Rectangular Snip - allows you to select a specific area on the screen
Window Snip - takes a screenshot of the full screen (you can select either monitor if dual screens are in use)
