Eagle Incident Form for Rebate Issues

An incident was reported by Tuan Nguyen Vinh on 24-Jan regarding an error during a currency conversion from USD to VND when trying to settle a rebates agreement in the PA1 system. The agreement number is 30001773 and the error is reproducible in both the PA1 and QA1 systems. The priority level was not selected. Screenshots of the error were requested to be included in the attachment section of the incident report form to aid in resolving the issue.
