VMD executive management has established this quality policy and is
committed to providing the leadership and resources required to deliver
value-driven services to our clients that demonstrate innovation and
excellence and minimize risk to VMD.
Service Management Policy
The VMD Service Management component of the Integrated
Management System (IMS) shall ensure consistent, high-quality service
delivery to the company HQ user community.
Information Security Policy
Company and client data are critical business assets and must be
safeguarded against unauthorized access and use. The company will
apply effective information security techniques to ensure meeting service
requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements and contractual
obligations.
Senior management ensures that these policies:
Are appropriate to VMD’s purpose
Include a commitment to comply with requirements and continually
improve the effectiveness of the IMS
Provide a framework for establishing and reviewing quality-related
objectives
Are communicated and understood throughout VMD
Are reviewed for continuing suitability
