CERTIFICATE OF REVIEW AND ENDORSEMENT

This is to certify that the GAD Plan and Budget (GPB) for FY 2021 of City Of Tagbilaran
(capital), Bohol has been reviewed and was found fully compliant in form and contents with the
provisions of Republic Act No. 9710 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and PCW-DILG-
DBM-NEDA Joint Memorandum Circular Nos. 2013-01 and 2016-01. Per DILG’s review, the GPB of
City Of Tagbilaran (capital), Bohol was found compliant with the following:

- At least five (5%) of LGUs’ total annual budget was allocated to GAD PPAs addressing
gender issues;

- ALL Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) are responsive to LGUs identified Gender
Issues and /or GAD Mandate

Thus, said GPB of City Of Tagbilaran (capital), Bohol is hereby officially endorsed for
incorporation in the Provincial / City / Municipal’s Annual Investment Program (AIP) and Annual
Budget.
