USES OF MICROSOFT WORDS AND GOOGLE DOCS
Microsoft Words and Google Docs are the most commonly used software for people to
complete their documents work on a computer. The common uses on Microsoft Words and
Google Docs are for students and workers to do assignments, reports etc. The other common
use for people is to do Curriculum Vitae. Both of the software provide various templates on
different resumes, projects, and letters. Therefore, these two softwares do have the similarity
uses.
Furthermore, one of the features of Google Docs that attract people is the Voice Typing
function. This function allows you to type your documents with your voice once you have your
microphone turned on. The documents will automatically turn your voice into words.
In conclusion, the main uses of both Microsoft Words and Google Docs are assisting people to
complete their documents work on the desktop or laptop device, but the functions in Microsoft
Words are more than Google Docs. In contrast, Google Docs provides automatic saving so
people would not have to worry about documents saving problems. The largest difference
between them is that Microsoft Words does not request for internet connection, this means that
we can do this offline, however Google Docs will request for internet connection to work.
