REITERATING THE PRIMARY GUIDELINES FOR ELEMENTARY AND
JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (DEPED ORDER NO. 7, S. 2015) AND SENIOR
HIGH SCHOOL (DEPED ORDER NO. 3, S. 2016) TEACHER POSITIONS
FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022

This Division
‘To uphold the department's mandates of attaining quality basic education in
the country, the hiring guidelines for teaching positions are hereby reiterated
for the school year 2021-2022 to ensure hiring of highly competent teachers
with suitable qualification to the teaching profession
The following DepEd Orders shalll be strictly followed:
‘a. DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2015 for Elementary and Junior High School
‘Teacher-I Positions.
DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2016 for Senior High School Teacher-I positions.
DepEd Order No. 50, s. 2016 Hiring Guidelines for Teacher I positions in
schools implementing Indigenous People Education.
DM-PHRODFO-2020-00180 Additional Instructions on Teacher Hiring in
view of the COVID-19 Situation.
‘The remaining qualified applicants from the school year 2020-2021 RQA, if
there’s any, will still be considered as teacher applicant, provided that they
will submit their letter of intent, addressed to the Schools Division
Superintendent, and may be included in the RQA for the School Year 2021-
2022 to augment the number of applicants in light of the COVID-19
situation. The points earned by the teacher applicant in the previous RQA
may be honored, unless additional documents have been submitted to
update their points, and they will no longer need to undergo interview and
teaching demonstration.
‘The previous school year’s RQA will be updated by excluding those who were
already hired/appointed, and those who did not submit their letter of intent.
New Applicants shall submit to the school head of elementary and secondary
schools with shortage or vacancy of teaching positions (regular and/or
natural) starting February 22, 2021 until February 26, 2021 the following
pertinent documents:

Application letter addressed to LEONARDO M. BALALA, CESE , Schools
Division Superintendent Division of Sultan Kudarat;
CSC Form 212 (Revised 2005) in two copies with the latest 2x2 ID
picture;
Certified photocopy of PRC professional identification card or a PRC,
certification showing the teacher's name, LET rating, and other
information recorded in the PRC Office;
Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for
Teachers (LET) /Professional Board Examination for Teachers (PBET);
Certified copy of transcript of records (with certified General Weighted
Average};
Copies of service records, performance rating, and school clearance for
those with teaching experience. If unavailable, the applicant must submit
a justification citing the reason/s for unavailability. For teachers who
have served as locally paid teachers of the local school board (LSB), their
experience/s as an LSB teacher will have merits and will earn points only
if the contracts is duly signed by the Municipal Mayor,
Certificates of specialized training, if any. Only relevant trainings which
are directly related to the subject or areas of concentration to be taught or
to the major/specialization/level will have merits and earn points. (e.g.
Cooking NCI with have no merits for Mathematics teacher applicant);
Certified copy of the Voter's ID and/or any proof of residency as deemed
acceptable by the School Screening Committee
NBI Clearance
Omnibus certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents
submitted, signed by the applicant,
All School Screening Committees shall verify and clarify the completeness,
veracity, accuracy, and authenticity of all the documents of the teacher-
applicants.
District Supervisors/Principals_In-Charge and Cluster head per
Municipality for Secondary Schools shall gather all the pertinent documents
of qualified applicants and submit them with a verified list of applicants on
or before March 1, 2021 using the following format:

8. The result of the latest English Proficiency Test (EPT) conducted will be used.
9. The interview and teaching demonstration of the new teacher-applicants

10.The applicant shall assume full responsibility and accountability on the
validity and authenticity of the pertinent documents submitted, as evidence
of the omnibus certification of authenticity {item 3 [j] above}. Any violation
will automatically disqualify the applicant form the selection process.
