For my first activity is Cooking. Last week I planned to cook easy and simple fried
rice for my little nephew and I have been doing this activity by cooking alone. for
the first picture, my mom helps me to handle and arrange and prepared ingredients
For me for second picture, I beat 3 eggs well with pinch of salt and slice onion slightly
Circle .Then for the third picture, I mixed egg and rice together nicely after that I heat
My Skillet overheat high; add cooking oil and swirl to coat. For the fourth I pour mixed
Egg and rice into the skillet. Besides for fifth picture, add soy sauce around the edge
Of the skillet and I add salt mix everything well and Last picture, I turn off the heat and
I put in a plate and my nephew really enjoy with my easy and simple fried rice.

2.0 EVIDENCES (STUDENTS PHOTO DURING ACTIVITY)
1.Describe the activity carried out?
There have 6 pictures in cooking activity. For the first picture, my mom helps me to
handle and arrange and prepared ingredients for me. Then the second picture, I beat
3 eggs .then I mixed eggs and rice together furthermore, I heat my skillet add 2 spoon
of cooking oil into it. The fifth picture, I add soy sauce around the edge of the skillet
add salt to taste and mix everything very well . Lastly, I turn off the heat and my
nephew enjoy fried rice.
2.What was the objective? Did you achieve the objective?
➢ The objective is we have to work together until it is done without issuing a
problem.
➢ Yes. we must focus on each work until done so that every work can be
completed well.
➢ The objective is we should jointly handle each task until it is completed
without delay.
3.Do you think this activity is important to build teamwork skills? Why?
➢ Yes. Because it can show how we want to handle all the task given without
any problems. Then, we can show that by working together all the task given
can be completed easily by following the rules and recipes.
4.What did you learn from this activity with regards to teamwork?
➢ I learn in this activity how to be good and responsible person to the team by
doing all the task given without any complaining. From this way, I can also listen
all the rules given by focusing all the work given. Besides, I can avoid any
speculation against members by following what is given and resolving it.
5.What is your contribution in the activity? Is it enough?
➢ My contribution in the cooking is I would follow all the instructions given
correctly with my mother in finishing the cooking until it is finished. I think this
enough for me to show house teamwork will do and how we want to handle it
until done and finish cooking with timing.
6.When and how would you use the skill/s that you learned in future?
➢ I can use this skill when I have the task or project given in my workplace. I will
do with my team or alone project in doing all the task given until it done and
clearly. This is show how we can handle all the task by focus of each work
and avoiding all speculations among team in completing the task.

For my second activity is cleaning gardening and planting. Yesterday, my cousins
And I have been doing activities together by cleaning gardening at outdoors and
Planting in indoors. For the first picture, I and my cousin hoeing the ground using
a hoe to takeout all grass and unnecessary plants in gardening . For second picture,
my cousin switched jobs with me. I hoe ground and my cousin take out dead plants
from the grounds. Then for the third picture, we both keep the soil equally to looking
nice and to be wonderful garden. For the fourth picture, we go inside home and
planting some flower plants, we are cleaning the area first . Besides for fifth picture,
I and my cousin snatching all grass to look beautiful. Last picture, we have planted

1. Describe the activity carried out?
➢ There have 6 pictures in cleaning gardening and planting activity. For the first
picture, my cousin dug the ground. Then the second picture, I switched my job
with my cousin and dug it. Then, we are cleaning the ground and snatching
unwanted grass. Besides, we go inside to planting; we are cleaning the area .
The fifth picture, I and my cousin snatching unwanted grass indoors. Lastly, we
had done the planting.
2. What was the objective? Did you achieve the objective?
➢ By assigning multiple or team to the same set of tasks /activity, more can get
done in less time.
➢ The idea is that the combined knowledge of the team will result in more efficient
problem solving
3.Do you think this activity is important to build teamwork skills? Why?
➢ Yes. Because we can learn how to build as teamwork like do some activity
together and show that we can cooperate to finish the activity. So, in this way
the cooperation between the groups is born together without complaint. team
to the same set of tasks /activity, more can get done in less time.
4.What did you learn from this activity with regards to teamwork?
➢ I learn in this activity how to be a good member by doing activities together,
learn how to complete the work properly without the hassle and learn to focus
on each activity performed. team leaders play an important role in setting the
stage for team success. Each member of the team should be acknowledged
and encouraged to share ideas.
5.What is your contribution in the activity? Is it enough?
➢ My contribution in the cleaning gardening and planting indoors and outdoors is
I would follow the given method correctly and handle everything very well and
my cousin prepared gardening and planting tools for me and he really helped
me to hoe the ground. With help of him I do this task in less time.
6.When and how would you use the skill/s that you learned in future?
➢ I can use this skill when I am handling business in the office such as focusing
on handling each job together with co-workers to produce good work results. In
a team, employees get a better sense of what their co-workers are like and they
learn to establish trust. Employees may form social relationships with each
other. These relationships may become beneficial to future team and individual
projects. This is because, group work is very important in producing a product
or project to be effective.

➢ The objective is we should help each other so that every job we do is not
burdened and makes it easier for us.
➢ Yes, as a team member we should do work together and avoid hands-on
work. This can show that cooperation between groups is very important in
handling all activities or tasks given.
➢ Collaboration and teamwork require a mix of interpersonal, problem solving,
and communication skills needed for a group to work together towards a
common goal.
3.Do you think this activity is important to build teamwork skills? Why?
➢ Yes. Because in Team Cleaning results in increased productivity, less
equipment, clear-cut responsibilities and easier supervision we can learn how
to build a teamwork and trust each other by doing a task. If there is no trust in
each other, every work done cannot be completed well and quickly. So, trust
and wisdom are very important in teamwork.
4.What did you learn from this activity with regards to teamwork?
➢ I learn how to be productive person in the team like doing some activity with
clearly. Then, trust in each other while doing the task given until work done.
This shows that teamwork is very important to build the team spirit.
5.What is your contribution in the activity? Is it enough?
My contribution in cleaning the room is I would follow all the work given until it done
while doing this work with my brother. Besides, I was able to work together without
any misunderstanding with each other. I think this is enough for me to show how
teamwork build by work together.
6.When and how would you use the skill/s that you learned in future?
I can use this skill when I have project with my client. I can make a teamwork with my
office worker or co-workers in handling assigned tasks. This shows that teamwork
skills are useful with other people by doing the task, without teamwork all work cannot
done because cooperation between groups is very important.

3. Do you think this activity is important to build teamwork skills? Why?
➢ Yes. Because if the team member gives the instruction to the other, they have
to focus all the instructions. Besides, we must have to think how to build the
teamwork together with no resist each other.
4. What did you learn from this activity with regards to teamwork?
➢ I learn how to be hardworking person in doing the task given with my member.
Then I can learn how to work with additional groups further with instruction
given. I was learnt that without a good communication among us, we cannot
produce a great teamwork. I also learnt that we need to cooperate with each
other. Clean environment brings a peace and calm.
5. What is your contribution in the activity? Is it enough?
➢ My contribution in pickup the trash is I would follow the instruction given and
pay full attention to the task given. Besides that, this is enough for me to
contribute my attention and work in doing every work together. So, this is how
we can make good teamwork by focus on it. I point out my idea on how to keep
and ensure that the areas are clean I think it was enough because as the result
we can see the park is clean without any rubbish.
6. When and how would you use the skill/s that you learned in future?
➢ I can use these skills when I have group work in make a charity in making
visiting orphanages. In my future, I will manage to use these skills at work and
helping the company to always clean.
