This supplement must be attached to the Airplane Maintenance Manuals. The information
contained herein complies with FAR Part 23.1529, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and
supplements the basic Maintenance Manuals only in those areas listed, when Sport Parachute
Jump Alterations are installed in accordance with Win Win Aviation, Inc. STC Number
SA04352CH.
Modification of an aircraft by this Supplemental Type Certificate obligates the aircraft operator to
include the maintenance information provided by this document in the operator’s aircraft
maintenance manual and the operator’s scheduled maintenance program. For limitations and
procedures not contained in this supplement, consult the basic Airplane Maintenance Manuals.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
Introduction
This manual provides information about the Win Win Aviation, Inc. Sport Parachute Jump
Alteration(s) installed on the Cessna 208 Caravan and 208B Grand Caravan. It has two main
priorities:
To inform the owners of the procedures used to install each alteration on their aircraft, and
To provide technical data, servicing information, and inspection data for technicians to properly
maintain and inspect these alterations.
This manual is to be used in conjunction with the aircraft’s OEM maintenance Manual and
Inspection Procedures when the aircraft is being operated in the Normal Category.
Description
This STC permits the owner/operator of the aircraft to install the listed alterations that may be
used for sport parachute operations. The alterations that are allowed by this STC are as
follows:
Airworthiness Limitations
This Airworthiness Limitations section is FAA Approved and specified maintenance required
under paragraphs 43.16 and 91.403c of the Federal Aviation Regulations unless an alternative
program has been FA-approved.
The aircraft Airworthiness Limitations are unchanged as a result of installation of the alterations
and associated systems addressed by this STC.
No article installed in accordance with this STC has a life-limited replacement interval. All
articles are determined have an ‘on-condition’ replacement interval.

Flight Procedures as stated in the applicable Cessna Pilot’s Operating Handbook and FAA
Approved Flight Manuals or later revision as listed in Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS)
A37CE, Note 2. Supplement 8, Cargo Doors Removed Kit, must be inserted into Section 9 of
the Cessna 208 Cessna Pilot’s Operating Handbook and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual
D1352-S8-00, as amended.
Servicing Information
The items must be inspected at the same time intervals when the aircraft inspection phases are
being accomplished. Any specialized servicing is listed in the Maintenance Instruction of this
document for that article.
Maintenance Instructions
Maintenance of the airframe and its components remains unchanged. Reference the applicable
procedures as stated in the Cessna 208/208B Maintenance Manual, Part Number CE208MM.
Maintenance of the components installed by this STC is referenced as below:
Air Deflector
The Air Deflector must be visually inspected at each preflight and 100-hour inspection by an
appropriately rated pilot or mechanic for the following:
a. The inspection is to verify security to the fuselage, and the surrounding mounting area.
b. The attachments must be secure. No cracks allowed to the spoiler, its mounting bosses,
or the fuselage attach points.
c. Any corrosion to the mounting fasteners or the fuselage adjacent to the air spoiler must
be evaluated and addressed in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 43-4A, as
amended.
Bench Seat
The Bench Seat and mounting fasteners must be visually inspected at each preflight and 100-
hour inspection by an appropriately rated pilot or mechanic for the following:
a. The inspection is to verify the bench seat security to the fuselage, and the bench
seat condition.
b. A visual inspection must be made of the bench seats for cleanliness, security,
location and function of both the seat and the seat belt system. The attachments
must be secure. No cracks allowed to the seat, its mounting points, or the fuselage
attach points. No fraying or damage to the buckle assembly is allowed to the seat
belt. No damage is allowed to a seat belt mounting attachment point.
c. A bench seat or seat belt that does not meet the criteria of paragraph b of this
section must be removed before flight or replaced with a serviceable unit.
The external assist handle must be visually inspected at each preflight and 100-hour inspection
by an appropriately rated pilot or mechanic for the following:
a. The inspection is to verify security to the fuselage, and the surrounding mounting area.
b. The attachments must be secure. No cracks allowed to the handle, its mounting bosses,
or the fuselage attach points.
c. There must not be any visible bends on the assist handle bar.
d. Any corrosion to the mounting fasteners or the fuselage adjacent to the external assist
handle must be evaluated and addressed in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 43-
4A, as amended.
The internal assist handle must be visually inspected at each preflight and 100-hour inspection
by an appropriately rated pilot or mechanic for the following:
a. The inspection is to verify security to the fuselage, and the surrounding mounting area.
b. The attachments must be secure. No cracks allowed to the handle, its mounting bosses,
or the fuselage attach points.
c. There must not be any visible bends on the assist handle bar.
d. Any corrosion to the mounting fasteners or the fuselage adjacent to the internal assist
handle must be evaluated and addressed in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 43-
4A, as amended.
The Jump Indicator Lights (P/N 11-08404 [Red] and 11-08407 [Green]) must be visually
inspected at each preflight and 100-hour inspection by an appropriately rated pilot or mechanic
for the following:
a. The inspection is to verify the proper system operation, security, and condition of the
indicator lights and their attachment to the fuselage.
b. The lights must be securely mounted.
c. The lights must illuminate properly according the switch position.
d. The placarding of the switch and lights must be legible.
e. The wiring and elements of this system must be checked for the security of the system,
security of the attachment points, and damage (100-hour inspection only).
f. That LED unit must be replaced when ten (10) individual LED lights fail to illuminate.
External Step
The External Step must be visually inspected at each preflight and 100-hour inspection by an
appropriately rated pilot or mechanic for the following:
a. The inspection is to verify security to the fuselage, and the surrounding mounting area.
b. The attachments must be secure. No cracks allowed to the step, the bend radii, its
mounting points, or the external fuselage attach points.
c. Inspect the interior of the fuselage structure that contains the step attach points for
cracks, deformation, and security of fasteners (100-hour inspection only unless visible
damage or distortion on the exterior surfaces is discovered during the preflight
inspection).
d. There must not be any visible distortion of the step or attach points on the fuselage.
e. The step ledge must have a predominately anti-skid surface on the step ledge.
f. Any corrosion to the mounting fasteners or the fuselage adjacent to the external step
must be evaluated and addressed in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 43-4A, as
amended.
g. The placard located on the inside of the fuselage’s cabin door’s forward bulkhead “Max
load on step – 960 pounds” must be legible
Wind Block
The Wind Block mounting rails and door slats must be visually inspected at each preflight and
100-hour inspection by an appropriately rated pilot or mechanic for the following:
a. The inspection is to verify security to the fuselage, and the surrounding mounting area.
The attachment points must be secure.
b. The wind block must be visually and operationally checked at each preflight for ease of
operation, cracks in the Lexan, and security of the door slide rails. The rails may be
lubricated with paraffin wax or equivalent to aid in the ease of operation.
c. The wind block operation handle must be secure with no cracks.
d. Any cracks in the Lexan must not exceed 2” long. There may not be any more than one
crack per slat. The crack must be stop drilled. Any crack that exceeds this dimension
requires the replacement of that slat before further flight. (P/N WA-PANEL)
e. Any corrosion to the mounting fasteners or the fuselage adjacent to the wind block must
be evaluated and addressed in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 43-4A, as
amended.
Seating Arrangement
The seat belts and co-pilot seat must be visually inspected at each preflight and 100-hour
inspection by an appropriately rated pilot or mechanic for the following:
a. The inspection is to verify the co-pilot seat and seat belt attach points security to the
fuselage, and the condition of these articles.
b. A visual inspection must be made of the seat belts and co-pilot seat for cleanliness,
security, location and function of both the seat and the seat belt system. The
attachments must be secure. No cracks allowed to the seat, its mounting points, or
the fuselage attach points. No fraying or damage to the buckle assembly is allowed
to the seat belt. No damage is allowed to a seat belt mounting attachment point.
c. A co-pilot seat or seat belt that does not meet the criteria of paragraph b of this
section must be removed before flight or replaced with a serviceable unit.
d. Any corrosion to the co-pilot seat, its attachment points, or the fuselage adjacent to
the seat attachment points must be evaluated and addressed in accordance with
FAA Advisory Circular 43-4A, as amended.
Troubleshooting Information
Reference the applicable STC Installation Instructions for the modification. Troubleshooting
procedures for the airframe and its components remain as stated in the Cessna 208/208B
Maintenance Manual, Part Number CE208MM.
Reference the applicable Installation Instructions for removal and replacement information.
Replacement of components of this STC are on-condition.
Diagrams
Reference the drawings and figures that are applicable to the alteration(s) that have been
installed. The drawing and/or diagram is listed in the associated Chapter of this document.
Data
Not applicable.
There is no specific overhaul time for any of the alterations associated with this STC. All
alteration articles are replaceable on-condition.
