Following comments were noted by our Engineer during inspection of the Electrical Installation at the
above Project.
1 . Submit the Terms & Conditions Document for Supply Release of Electricity & Water duly
acknowledged by Owner / Landlord.
2 . Submit a Shut Down Request letter from the client for the power interruption .
3 . Provide sealable fuse box cover and remove the neutral disconnecting link in the meter cabinet.
4 . Provide extended safety barrier/blanking shields to protect the live parts in the in Meter cabinet
.
5 . Provide ELCBs , MCBs,UV Relay +Timer and wires as per DEWA approved load schedule or
submit ASBUILT load schedule incorporating the changes and additional circuits .
6 . Install 63 A MCB for AC in DB AC .
7 . For A/Cs incorporating the VRV / VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Technology, ensure separate
circuits incorporating UV relay timers are provided for each individual A/C VRV/VRF units.
8 . Install MCCBs and cables in MDB as per the revised approval.
9 . Submit the load details of swimming pool ,Oven in the kitchen.
10 . Note:Arrange key for Service block old during reinspection.

You are requested to complete the installation/rectification and submit application for re-inspection
/ final inspection of your works.

Further, please coordinate with our Inspection Engineer to release electric supply to the project.
