Chawin Waimaleongora-Ek - Assignement 1 Nap Lab - Your Health Unit

The document describes a qualitative nap lab where students collect data on their mental, social, and physical health before and after taking naps of varying lengths. Students report their thoughts, activities, and health status before and after 10, 15, 20, 30, 60, and 90 minute naps and evaluate whether each nap was beneficial. Most students found the shorter naps refreshing but longer naps left them still feeling tired or stressed if worried about upcoming tasks. The conclusion is that naps can provide energy but one's mindset going into the nap impacts its effects.
