URGENT MOTION FOR FURLOUGH


TO ATTEND WAKE AND BURIAL

COMES NOW, Accused through the undersigned counsel and unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:

1. The accused is presently detained at __________________.

2. The sister of the accused, GINA CASULLA CAMORAL, departed this life
on February 21, 2021. Her remains lie at their residence at Basud,
Polangui, Albay and the interment is on March 02, 2021 at Polangui
Cemetery, Sugcad, Polangui, Albay. Copy the Certificate of Death and
Official Receipt of Burial Permit are hereto attached as Annexes “A” and
“B”, respectively.

3. In view thereof, the accused wishes to pay his last respects to the wake
of his sister on the afternoon of March 1, 2021 for the last time before
she is buried.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this


Honorable Court that the accused be allowed to visit the wake of his deceased
sister at Basud Polangui, Albay on March 1, 2021, preferably at 1 o’clock to 6
o’clock in the afternoon of said date.
