1. In connection with the forthcoming Barangay Election 2013, a Security


Assistance Desk (SAD) shall be established in every Polling Center to be manned
jointly by PNP and AFP personnel.

2. In this connection, you are hereby directed to submit to this Office (Attn:
ROPD) NLT October 14, 2013 your respective Election Security Deployment Plan
following the attached sample format/table.

3. Further, just like at the RJSCC, all Provincial and City/Municipal JSCCs must
have a dedicated info-text hotline (mobile number) where the general public can
immediately report thru text messaging any election related incident and violation of
election laws.
