Follow up sonogram taken after the June 20, 2018 study shows the following:
The breasts show symmetry in size exhibiting heterogeneous backBround echotexture.
There are masses in BOTH breasts with their location, characteristics and measurements as follows:
RIGHT BREAST:
. 5 o,clock, 3 cm from the nipple - circumscribed hypoechoic, avascular, intermediate features on elastography - 0.8 x 0.67 x 0.39 cm
(previously 0.66 x 0.75 x 0.41 cm) - initially seen June 2018
. At least 5 cysts, with the largest at 12 o'clock, 3 cm from the nipple (deep) measurin8 0.86 x 0.58 x 0.39 cm
(previously 0.32 x 0 23 cm)
. 1 o'clock, 1 cm from the nipple - cyst with internal echoes - 0.43 x 0.3 cm
LEFT BREA ST
. 11 o'clock, 1 cm from the nipple- cystic with internal echoes, avascular, intermediate features on elastography - 1.02 x 0.9 x 0.7 cm
(previously 0.99 x 0.96 x 0.73 cm) - the previously seen intramural nodule is no longer distinctly evident in the present study
. 2 o'clock, 7 cm from the nipple - cyst - 0.6 x 0.29 cm (previously 0.36 x 0.23 cm)
The ducts are not dilated.

Screening mammogram; Status post excision biopsy , left breast, with beni8n findings (2018); With family history of breast
cancer (two sisters)
Comparison:
Mammogram dated June 20, 2018.
Technique:
Digital craniocaudal and mediolateral oblique mammographic images of both breasts were obtained.
Findings
The breasts are heterogeneously dense, which may obscure small masses.
The equal density masses with partly obscured margins are again detected in both breasts.
The previously noted amorphous and linear calcifications in the left mid central breast are no longer seen. ln its place is a metallic
surgical clip, likely from the previous surgery.
Rim, punctate, round and vascular calcifications remain scattered in both breasts.
No suspicious grouped microcalcifications, architectural distortion, skin thickening or other indirect evidence of malignancy
identified.
Unenlarged and fat-laden axillary nodes are seen bilaterally.
