BEHALF OF THE ACCUSED/ACCUSED KAMAL @ HADDA.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the above mentioned case is pending before this Hon’ble court
and is fixed for 26.05.2020.
2. That on the last date of hearing the applicant / accused was not well
and he was Lose-motion. He is unable before this court so the Hon’ble
Court has issued the N.B.W. against the applicant.
4. That the absence of the applicant/ accused is neither intentional, nor
deliberate, but due to the above said reason.
5. That the applicant undertakes that he shall appear regularly before
the Hon’ble court.
P R A Y E R:
In view of the facts and circumstances, of the case, it is therefore,
most respectfully prayed to this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to
cancel the N.B.W. of the applicant in the interest of justice.
