 Collect 10 Cosmetics found in your household.


 Assess the label of the cosmetics and check each ingredients using the different
annexes of ACD.
 Use the table below as your guide in your write-up.

 PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil However, this product also contains
 Fucus Vesiculosus Extract an ingredient under Annex II-the list
 Glyceryl Glucoside of substances which must not form
 Panthenol part of the composition of cosmetic
 Sodium Lactate products. Therefore, this product
 Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride must be reported to the FDA

 Sulfonate Another ingredient is found in Annex

may contain. It also contains free
ingredients. The product is safe to
use and it is compliant to the ASEAN
Cosmetic Directive.
