Be it known to all courts, governments, and other parties, that we, diane peeples el and kiara smalls el
sui juris, in propria persona are naturals, free white and sovereign aboriginal moorish american nationals
without subjects. we are neither subjects to any entity anywhere, nor is any entity subject to us. we neither
dominate anyone, nor are we dominated.

our authority for this statement is the same as it is for all free white and sovereign aboriginal moorish
american nationals everywhere: the age-old, timeless, and universal respect for the intrinsic rights,
property, freedoms and responsibilities of the sovereign individuals.

we are not any “PERSON” when such term is defined in statutes of UNITED STATES or statutes of the
several states when such definition includes artificial entities. we refuse to be treated as a Federally or
States created entities which is only capable of exercising certain rights, privileges, or immunities as
specifically granted by Federal or State Governments.

we voluntarily choose to comply with the man-made laws which serve to bring harmony to society, but
no such laws, nor their enforcers, have any authority over us. we are not in any jurisdiction, for we are not
of Subject Status.

consistent with the eternal tradition of natural common law, unless we have harmed or violated someone
or property, we have committed no crime; and we therefore not subject to any penalty.

thus, be it known to all, that we reserve our natural common law right not to be compelled to perform
under any contract that we did not knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally entered. and furthermore, we
do not accept the liability associated with the compelled and pretended “benefit” of any hidden or
unrevealed contract or commercial agreement.

As such, the hidden or unrevealed contracts that supposedly create obligations to perform, for persons of
subject status, are inapplicable to us, and are null and void. If we have participated in any of the supposed
“benefits” associated with these hidden contracts, we have done so under duress, for lack of any other
practical alternative. we may have received such “benefits”, but we have not accepted them in a manner
that binds us to anything.
Any such participation does not constitute “acceptance” in contract law, because of the absence of full
disclosure of any valid “offer,” and voluntary consent without misrepresentation or coercion, under
contract law. without a valid voluntary offer and acceptance, knowingly entered into by both parties, there
is no “meeting of the minds,” and therefore no valid contract. any supposed “contract” is therefore void,
ab initio.

from our age of consent to the date affixed below we have never signed a contract knowingly, willingly,
intelligently, and voluntarily whereby we have waived any of our natural common law rights, and as such,
take notice that we revoke, cancel, and make void ab initio our signatures on any and all contracts,
agreements, forms, or any instrument which may be construed in any way to give any agency or
department of any federal or state government authority, venue, or jurisdiction over us.

Street to an iron pin marking the point of the beginning; and from said point of beginning run thence north
0 degrees 11 minutes west a distance of 165 feet to an iron pin; run thence north 89 degrees 59 minutes
east a distance of 70 feet to an iron pin; run thence south 0 degrees 11 minutes east a distance of 165 feet
to an iron pin on the north margin of the right of way West Gordon Street; run thence south 89 degrees 59
minutes west along the north margin of the said right of way a distance of 70 feet to the iron pin making
the point of beginning. Said property has located thereon a residence dwelling known and designated as
622 West Gordon Street, Latitude 30840133033 and Longitude 8328169340. Of the current public records
of Lowndes County, Georgia. Now is 1979 leo moroccan estate, amexem morocco.
we are now rightfully declaring, publishing, and proclaiming our own free land and property located at
latitude 30.840133033oN and longitude -83.28169340oW, in care of 622 Gordon Street West, Near
Valdosta Georgia Republic Territory [31601]. Lowndes County. affirming our actual, rightful, and
civil ‘in full life’ status; conjoined to our aboriginal moorish american consanguine pedigree and national
honor. Let it be declared, known, published, and resolved that:
