Our senior managers and directors have over 10 years experiences in

Before arrival of your tour:

During your tour:
Our travel consultant team will contact the tour guides in each city on daily bases to make
sure everything is running smoothly as planned. You will be given a 24 hrs emergency
contact list, including the cell phone numbers, what’app, skype of your private travel
consultant, and the managers of our local offices.
After your tour:
We value your opinions very much. All complaints and service recoveries, if there are any, will
be reported in formal documents within 1 business day.
(2) About the Transfer & Tourist Vehicle
Diper Tour provides local transportation services in all tourist destinations of Japan and Korea
via contracted tourist vehicle companies. Our vehicle must meet the quality standards of
safe, clean and comfortable. Our principles of tourist vehicle arrangement normally
depend on how many people in your tour group, listed as follow:
Sedans or mini vans (7 seats) Medium vans (12 seats) Large vans or small coaches
for 4 people or less for 5-8 people (14-22seats) for 9-15 people
Medium coaches (33 – 37 seats) Large coaches (45 – 53 seats)

All tour guides recruited by Diper Tour need to meet following requirements: excellent
service attitude and ethics, Knowledgeable about the tourist spots, fluent in one or
more foreign languages, positive personality and fitness. Our principles of guide
arrangement normally depends on the needs and characteristics of each tour group, like
travel destination of itinerary, ages of your group, the activity level of your group, special
demand of your group, etc.
(4)About the Accommodation arrangement
Our principles of guide arrangement normally depends
on the hotel level your designated, the location you
desired, the facility & service quality you required,
the convenience for your tour, ect.
(5)About the Restaurant and Meal
Our principles of restaurant and meal arrangement
normally consider the balance of food quality and tour
convenience, but give priority to catering for food
allergies or special requirements in your private tour,
such as such as vegetarian food, Muslim food, and so
forth. What’s more, you can also arrange all the meals
by your own with the help of our private guide during
your tour as you like.
