Competition Date : Sunday, March 28th 2021


Deadline Registration : March 21st 2021
Time : 16.00 – 17.00
Exam Duration : 60 Minutes for 15 Question (Multiple Choice)

The Test will have Bilingual Question and The Competition is Online (by Zoom)

Categories : Galileo A for Grade 1 – Grade 3


Galileo B for Grade 4 – Grade 6
Galileo C for Grade 7 – Grade 9

Fee : IDR 185.000

AWARDS :

1st Place : IDR 2.500.000 + Tuition voucher = 7.200.000 (regular class) + e-Cerificate
2nd Place : IDR 2.000.000 + Tuition voucher = 6.000.000 (regular class) + e-Cerificate
3rd Place : IDR 1.750.000 + Tuition voucher = 5.250.000 (regular class) + e-Cerificate

Gold Medal : The top 20% of the participants


Silver Medal : The top 30% of the participants
Bronze Medal : The top 40% of the participants

Technical Guide
Technical Implementation

 Zoom links and question links will be provided on the day of the competition
implementation via email to each participant.
 When opening a web page, are advised not to open other tabs / pages / applications
because there will be an automatic warning 2-3 times from the test page (more than 3
times automatically stop)
 Please click the zoom link to activate the camera zoom and position the camera
according to the competition regulations (participants must be clearly visible on the
zoom screen, the position of the hands, body, and the device used to work on the
problem and zoom in unmute)
 Please click the question link and fill in the participant name column (full name)
 First read all the instructions for working on the problem carefully.
 When finished answering all questions, please click Finish. Participants' scores will be
shown on their respective gadgets.
 Participants may not be assisted by other support. The location of the participant must
be in a calm condition and there should be no distractions.
 Participants may leave the zoom after clicking Finish and getting permission from
committee in a private chat (type participant name> Finish) and wait for a private chat
reply from the committee.
 Participants are not allowed to use any form of counting aids (calculator, abacus, etc.)
Only allowed to use blank paper for counting.

Competition using 2 gadgets

 Gadgets to access allowed questions : Laptop, Mobile phone, Tablet

 Gadgets for zoom that point to allowed participants, namely: Laptop, Mobile phone,
Tablet

 The camera is pointed at the participant, it is clear the position of the child and the
gadgets used to work on questions on the web

 Zoom is only activated on 1 gadget.

The following is the position of the zoom camera that will be directed towards the
participants later:

Webcam and proctoring

During the competition, we will be utilizing Zoom meeting. The invitation link for the
competition-day Zoom meeting will be emailed to you before the competition.

 You must turn on your video. Your camera/handphone must be positioned in a way
so that it faces the participant's face (chest up).

 You are not allowed to use any virtual background.

 You need to join the audio so that you can hear any announcement made by us.

 Please rename your Zoom name to your registered full name.

 The competition committee team will be joining the meeting.

 Failure to join this Zoom meeting might result in your disqualification from the
competition.
A few things to pay attention to
 It is prohibited to open other tabs / pages / other applications during the competition, so that
the system will not warn you.
(2 times warning) the third will be locked automatically.
 Capture is prohibited.
Or you will get a warning by the system.

 Please turn off all the chat platform.
 All games are disabled
including chat for games. Like discord etc.
 Please turn off all notifications.
 Make sure the Gadget battery that you are using is full
 If you are not sure the wifi at home is stable, so to be more secure, use the internet hotspot
from the cellphone.
 To maintain sportsmanship, then the opportunity to work on questions in the competition is
only valid on the day and time that we specify at 1 time.
there are no follow-up tests.
 All systems will track in detail all the activities of the participants while working on the test
questions.

The following is :

competition test page

And then, the question processing web will lock automatically and you can't test again.
So, to avoid this from happening, please focus on the competition test page only.

1. Open the email to check the link to zoom and the link for the questions before the competition
starts.
