Type ZR), ZuM,and ZJH pumps are cantilevered horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps.They are
designed for the handling highly abrasive,high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining,coal,power,
building material and other industrial departments otc:The pumps of this type also may be installed in
multistage series.
The frame plates for type Zi(R),ZM pumps have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners or rubber
liners.The Impellers are made of wear-resistant metal or rubber. The frame plate liner and Impeller for
HH pump are adoptable of wear-resistant motal only.
The shaft seals for type ZJ(R),ZJM,and ZJH pumps may be adoptable of gland seal or expeller
‘seal. The discharge branch ean be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any
‘eight positions to sult installations and applications.

APPLICATION AND FEATURES
Type ZJS(H) gravel pumps are designed for continously handling the most dificult higher abrasive slurries which contain
too big soids to be pumped by a common pump. They are suitable for delivering sluries in Mining,Explosive-siudge in metal
‘melting, Dredging in dredger and course of rvers,and other fields. Type ZISH pumps are of high-head ones.
Construction of this pump is of single casing connected by means of clamp bands and wide wet-passage.The Wet-parts
fare made of Ni-hard and high chromium abrasion-resistance allays.The discharge direction ot pump can be oriented in any
direction of 360° This type of pump possesses the advantages of easy installation and operation,good perfomance of
NPSH and abrasion-rsistance.
