Answer to the question on-1

A) Answer-

In the given situation, as a Monica I informed Company's HR specialist Joey that I have discovered
a problem in the company. And the main problem is people are not working together as a team.
Already, my company is struggling with rivals and past-due accounts. My HR specialist Joey
wants all of the staff to work on it positively, and Joey believes that the staff should be realize that
because they are educated. Teamwork is a software that encourages you to work as part of a
community. Joey as a HR specialist, expects I myself Monica should overcome this issue through
training. In this case in the company trouble with competitors and past due accounts, all the
problems will solve through team work.

So, As a result, there is a great need for training in this company that will develop their ability all
together to solve all the problems in groups first and then solve company problems all together.

B) Answer-

How I conduct a needs assessment

 Task analysis is a thorough review of the job to decide what particular skills are needed.

So, I will told Joey about skills and Joey need to decide what particular skills needs for the stuff
and how they work as a team.

 Stuff should meet both the organization's strategic and existing training needs in company.
 Training criteria may also be established by evaluating performance expectations, doing
the task, and interviewing existing job holders and their superiors.
 compares the individual's actual performance to what it should be; assists the manager in
assessing the cause
Answer to the question no-2

A) Answer-

For Inter-city bus driver-

 Understanding of traffic laws and signals. Only if he understands it fully would he obey the
rules flawlessly. Understanding of traffic laws and signals is very much important for bus drivers.
If he obeys all this he will be able to drive the bus well on the road.

 Driver's driving abilities and ability to control the vehicle's speed- If he knows this he will be
able to drive very comfortably and everyone will fill safe I the bus. And also he will control
emergency situations.

So, I will checking this aspect for inter-city bus driver.

B) Answer-

For Insurance salesperson-

 Understanding the financial resources of the insurance firm- He must need to know about the
financial resources of insurance company. How Insurance company manage their money how they
invest and how to sales, where to sales. He must have that knowledge.

 Good knowledge about the power of referrals in insurance Firm- When someone purchases
products or services from your firms based on a customer recommendation, they are much more
likely to inform others in the industry if they had a successful experience. You can even submit a
testimonial and post it on social media, just make sure you get their permission first. So, I think this
is important for firms. And as a insurance sales person you have a knowledge about it.
Answer to the question no-3

As I am going interviews a candidate as cashier, it is very important to keep in mind to set the
questionnaire very carefully and strategically.

At first I am going to make the candidate comfortable towards me in the conference table by
provide greetings or salaam. Then I will ask some basic question regards the post to monitor his
or her knowledge about the subject. I would like to know actually what customer service mean to
him and also as a cashier how he is as handling the cash or money. It is also very important to
know if he had previous experience or I would also include in the interview to know if he has any
achievement regards this positon. As a cashier he need to work always with the public so I need to
know if he is comfortable to deals with different customers in a day.

Behind this I would also include some straight forwards question in the interview and they
are –

 About the duties and responsibilities of a cashier


 The qualities of a good cashier.
 Rules and necessities of cash handling
 About attention and details efficiency about products
 Emotional and physical stamina
 Describe excellent customer service
 Working alone or team
 Reason behind making carrier as a cashier
 Acceptable experience and strategies
 Knowledge in accounting.

These are some basic question which I am going to include in my interview to measure the
effectiveness and efficiency of the candidate. Beside this I am also going to monitor the gesture,
posture, way of talking and smartness.
