COURSE OBJECTIVES

“Change is the only constant that we can rely on in the business world. It is critical that organizations
understand change, promote change, cope with change, and value change”

This programme seeks to empower Change Managers, Chief Executives, Directors, Department Heads,
Line Managers as well as Officers who wish to facilitate and lead various value adding projects in their
departments and teams in order to be much more effective.
