Topic vocabulary: Change


 Adapt (v) = to change, or to change sth, to suit different conditions or uses:
sửa đổi cho phù hợp; thay đổi để phù hợp, thích nghi

Eg: Many software companies have adapted popular programs to the new
operating system.

 Adjust (v) = to change sth slightly, esp to make it more correct, effective or

Eg: If the chair is too high, you can adjust it to suit you.

 Alternate (v) = to happen or exist one after the other repeatedly: luân phiên,
