- Creates conversion instructions document based to be submitted to conversion
engineers for coding.

Server Provisioning Coordinator
- Communicate with the clients with regards to the servers ordered,
specifications, revisions, clarifications and issues.
- Notify customers once their servers ordered and applications have been
successfully created and installed.
- Notify clients/requestors of each server order if any error has been made
with an order. Set up a call if needed to provide proper knowledge transfer.

Monitor status of each server build. Send updated report to the necessary
recipients daily.
- Communicate with the technical team to distribute server build tasks,
deadlines of server requests and to inquire about reasons for delay of server
builds.
- Distribute available hardware and ip addresses or each server request.
- Communicate with the Capacity Management team to request for additional
hardware, if unavailable. And to report errors with the hardware.
- Communicate with the Server Provisioning lead to report escalations and
inconsistencies affecting operations.
- Creates daily reports of status of server builds and sends to all involved
personnel (project managers, team leaders, direct managers)
- Conference call meeting twice a week with the project managers to report
verbally the status of a server build/s and to indicate if there are any issues
affecting the target delivery of a server.
- Discuss via meeting the entire process of a server build and relay
requirements to new clients.
- Takes ownership of new request and coordinates the provisioning activities,
ensuring the automated and manual process complete successfully.

- Download videos from the company server and edit and cut each video.
- Upload the edited videos into the website.
- Index each video to identify and input the vide advertisement properly.
- Perform quality assurance of all the videos per region to determine if the
indexing process was correctly performed. If not, perform necessary
changes.
- Identify duplicate ads from all the catalogued videos and reject if necessary.
- Meet the required number of videos downloaded, cut and indexed per
region each month.
- Provide detailed report of targets to the client at the end of each month.
- Coordinate with fellow video editors regarding errors with the videos or the
system.
