Cable System

Zero Gravity Cable System is two tower portable pulling device for wakeboarding and
snowboarding. Can be used as stand-alone or in addition to full size cable parks and it’s a perfect
solution for both beginners and experienced riders. With time for assembly/disassembly of just
one/two days, it is the ideal tool for sporting events.

When we developed the wakeboard cable system we aimed for High performance /High quality,
Simple operation and Low Cost, and we can proudly say we did just that. CAD/CAM designed and
manufactured with the latest CNC machining technology.

We provide a better solution for the growing number of two tower wakeboard parks
worldwide.

 HEAVY-DUTY  up to 11 kW as standard !
 Adjustable tower height – 9,3 metres as standard/ 6,4 meters without the use of mid-
section.
 Hot dip Galvanized
 High strength Stainless Steel components for superior corrosion resistance and more line
tesnion.
 Bigger nylon rollers for less frequent changes.
 High quality SKF bearings.
 Special galvanized steel cable for maximum line tension and big air tricks
 High quality Motor and Automation from Siemens.
 Simple maintenance
 Full compliance with European Standards and Directives.

 Tower height: 6,4 / 9,3 metres adjustable (custom height on request)
 Distance between pylons: 100-240 meters
 Operating speed: 0-40 km/h
 Motor: 9 kW  Siemens
 Power supply: 3 phase / 27A/400V/50Hz (2 phase as an option)
 Manual or Automatic operation modes. Auto mode can be limited by Laps, Time or both .
 Adjustable distance to End points, Turn points and Home position.
 Drive cable: Ø 8mm, galvanized
 Tension cables: Ø10mm, galvanized, 2 per tower

 Adjustability of limit points- Home position, Turn 1, Turn 2, End point in mater of
