Sample Production Plan
1. Description of my banana chips product
a. Color: Golden brown
b. Size: one big banana
c. Quality: raw and just right for frying

2. My target for making banana chips:


a. In one week: 30 dozens (30 sipi/bunches) (Saturdays only)
b. In one month : 120 dozens (120 sipi/bunches)

3. Steps in making the banana chips product


a. Peel and slice the saba thinly into “pamaypay”. Set aside.
b. Prepare the batter by mixing flour, baking powder, sugar and water.
c. Heat the cooking oil till very hot.
d. Dip the saba into the batter.
e. Deep fry the chips.
f. Drain oil from the cooked chips.
g. Packed attractively in dried banana leaves.
