Student : In week 8, we had our first meeting that involving lecturers from 3 WBL
(Meeting Minute/ courses, Dr Hawaniah (Database), Dr Iqbal Tariq (SAD), Dr Haza Nuzly
Objective, (SDT) along with fellow classmates and representative from Kolej Vokasional
Activities & Perdagangan Johor Bharu (KVPJB), Puan Mastura Binti Md Hassan. This
Achievements) meeting held for the client side to give a short brief on the project that will be
held in 4 weeks’ time. The main function in the system to be built is the
complaint management where the user could create, update, or modify, read
and delete the complaint. This system also should provide an admin where
admin will be given access to control all the functions which are manage
complaint, manage assets, manage room, manage profile, and manage users.
Not to forget, before Puan Mastura starts her presentation on their current
system being used, each group will have 5 minutes duration to introduce their
teammates.

Next Meeting : Next meeting, our groups will hold a meeting by using Discord platform and
Plan discussing on the purpose of our system and some functions that will be
required in the system. We also will starts to sketch our use case diagram.

Student : In our next meeting, it was held on our System Analysis and Design class
(Meeting Minute/ where Dr Iqbal guide all of us on creating a general use case diagram that can

QnA session with Dr Iqbal where, Dr Iqbal explained thoroughly each
flowchart in order to strengthens our understanding on the required system.
Right after the class session ended, our group had a short meeting in creating
our use case diagram.

Next Meeting : For our next meeting, we’ll be discussing on who will be responsible on the
Plan functions required. Me as a team leader will find an appropriate template for
this system.

Student : For our first group meeting, the meeting was held by using google meet
(Meeting Minute/ platform since most of us are unfamiliar with Discord application. The meeting

responsibilities where I, responsible on the project planning and scopes of the
project. Meanwhile, Syakila was responsible on the organizational background
and benefits of the system, Azriana responsible on objectives of the project
along with meeting logs and last but not least, Munawarah completed the
project planning and the benefits.

Next Meeting : For our next meeting, we’ll be focusing on the P1 report for Database course
Plan where once again, we’ll be discussing on the responsibilities for each of us.

Student : Our fourth meeting was held with Dr Hawaniah, our Database course
(Meeting Minute/ lecturer. Dr Hawaniah explained briefly on the first report for that course and
Achievements/ also helps us on understanding more on the system and gave a bunch of ideas
Activities) on the system that will be developed. Right after the briefing, we need to come
out with a good report writing and Dr Hawaniah gave her reviews and some
advice towards our report. On that evening, we finished the report and submit
instantly in order to avoid procrastination. Right after we submitted the report,
I presented the template that will be used throughout this project and my
groupmates agreed with the templates.

Next Meeting : In our next meeting, we’ll be focusing on the relations needed in the system
Plan and starts to create the database for our systems.

Student : For our fifth meeting, we’re working on our database where we create most of
(Meeting Minute/ the relations needed in this system such as tblcomplaint, users, admin etc. In
Achievements/ order to avoid some errors and unnormalized relations, some of the relations
Activities) has been normalized up until 3NF. Next, we decided on our responsible
function for each of us, where me myself took manage complaint function.
Meanwhile Azriana, took login/logout and manage report (dashboard)
function, Syakila responsible on manage user and manage profile function, and
not to forget Munawarah who responsible on manage assets and manage room
function. With this division of tasks, we could focus more on the function and
started to work on the system.

Next Meeting : We’re planning on the system design and the entity relationship diagram for
Plan our system in our next meeting to start working on the next report.

Student : In this meeting, we’re discussing on the system design in terms of the

a better interface which qualified for both UI and UX.

Student : On new year’s eves, we’re working on the second report for Database course
(Meeting Minute/ where each of the tasks were divided equally between us in order to speed up

main page and the dashboard. We kind of designing the flow of the system. For

Student : For our ninth meeting, we decided to renew our database since the old one

Student : Our tenth meeting starts with adding some new functions in the system

the admin could add a new room since the organization might have an
additions in terms of buildings and rooms. We decided to finished up several

Student : Our meeting with Puan Mastura starts with a documentation on our current

requirements and overall she seems satisfied with our current progress and

avoid some logical errors or system error.

Student : This day and ahead we’re basically focusing on completing each function

Student : Right after testing and completing some features, we managed to upload our
(Meeting Minute/ system into our live hosting site to test whether the system can be run smoothly
Achievements/ or not. However, there are several things we had to edit such as the connection
Activities) information for our database connection and some codings to ensure that no
localhost links included. This process is to making sure the system works well
on the live hosting sites so that we could do some maintenance process if
there’s an error found.

Next Meeting : Our next meeting will be held on 17 of January 2021 where Puan MAstura will
Plan join us in doing the Beta Testing and User Acceptance Test. This meeting also
held to ask for her opinion on our current system and ask if there’s some
updation to be made.

Student : We started our meeting at 11 a.m since Puan Mastura had another meeting in
(Meeting Minute/ the morning with Zircon Tech. We started our meeting with undertaking the
Achievements/ Beta Testing session where we asked Puan Mastura to test the system itself and
Activities) fill up the Beta Testing form. Right after the Beta Testing is done, we did the
UAT verbally where Munawarah will asked some question from the UAT form
that already provided. The meeting ended with several words of
encouragement from Puan Mastura.

Next Meeting : Our next meeting will be focusing on uploading the whole file including the
Plan current database to the live hosting site and produce localhost installation steps
along with user credentials.

Student : A day before the virtual industrial day, all of us were busy on checking the

Student : Well today is the day, it started with XLR8 who present their system first.
