Dear Ms. Gomez,

We are students from Saint Louis College under the BS Psychology and BA Political Science programs. In partial
fulfillment of our National Service Training Program, we would like to ask for your approval for us to organize a
program entitled “Ignite, Reunite: A Mental Health Awareness and Youth Development Program”
encompassing four Saturdays (starting on February 22 and culminating on March 19) with the following
schedule of activities:

This project aims to:

 Uphold the basic rights and privileges of the youth thus by awakening their awareness on
mental health
 Unite the diverse, young individuals of in the society of different and contrasting ideals
 Help discover their skills and fully enhance them, increasing their capability of interacting with
others

We hope that this project will ensure the growth of young minds to become better individuals and to nurture the seeds
of the generation after them. It is with complete assurance that we will not leave any damage on the materials and
facilities in the venue; in the unlikely case that any untoward incident may occur, we will take responsibility.
