soon as you can. If you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt, we
must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.
If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days.
We will tell you the results of our investigation within 10 business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more

which the error or problem appeared. You can telephone us, but doing so will not preserve your rights.
In your letter, give us the following information:
You do not have to pay any amount in question while we are investigating, but are still obligated to pay the parts of your outstanding balance that are
not in question. While we investigate your question, we cannot report you as delinquent or take any action to collect the amount you question.
FACTA: We may report information to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your
credit report.
DAILY PERIODIC RATE ... ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE ... FINANCE CHARGE
The DAILY PERIODIC RATE and the ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE used to compute the FINANACE CHARGE for each loan is printed at the
bottom of each loan's history. The DAILY PERIODIC RATE is applied to your balance for each day such balance is outstanding. The balance used to
compute the FINANACE CHARGE is the actual outstanding unpaid principal balance each day after credits are subtracted and new advances and
other charges are added.
Dates shown are the dates the credit union posted the amount to your account.
