sweet dairy whey. The spray-dried powder is a unique, pure, and undenatured whey protein Product Composition
isolate comprised of beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, and other individual whey proteins. Whey Protein Isolate - 100%

Product Functionality Manufacturing Facilities


BiPRO® C.C. 9500 is designed for use in high protein acidic beverages that require visual Jerome, ID
clarity and heat stability. The product is suitable for hot-fill applications with low pH. BiPRO®
C.C. 9500 has a native pH of around 3.2, allowing most acidic beverages to be formulated
without additional phosphoric acid, giving a clean label, clean taste and flavor.

Shelf Life & Storage


Dried dairy products can absorb odors and moisture. Therefore, adequate protection is
essential. Shelf life is 3 years from the manufacture date. Shelf life will be enhanced through
ideal storage conditions which includes temperatures below 25C, relative humidity below 65%,
and an odor free environment. Avoid less than ideal storage conditions.
