Record of Meeting (RoM) for Weekly Progress Review Meeting (WPRM) held on 19th April 2021
Joint Site walk through and Weekly Progress Review Meeting for Lot # 1 Project document reference:

Joint site walk through (The Lot 1 Contractor, Lot 2 Contractor, The Employer and the Employer’s Representative) was scheduled on 19th April
2021. Joint site visit commenced at 9:00 AM starting from Power House Site with finish at Dam & Head works at 11.30 AM. Finish of site walk
through was followed up with a meeting at 3:00 PM among GHCB (Lot #1 Contractor), The Employer and Employer’s Representative (ER) to
discuss and review weekly progress of Lot # 1 works and next week work plan in the MBKHEP’s meeting room. ER opened up the meeting with
the welcome note for further discussion on the following listed Agenda points with the Contractor. GHCB’s translator helped to translate the
discussion in English language to Chinese & vice versa and make the content understandable to all attendees thus making the discussion
effective and two way. Outcome of the meeting is recorded as under for necessary reference, records and follow up if any.

1. i. Weekly Work Plan i. The Employer’s representative (ER) acknowledged the receipt of email submission of i. GHCB

unknown to them also.ER reminded the need for expeditious delivery in lite of the
withheld for placement of concrete in Dam Piers due to non-availability of Trunnions.
iv. HRT works iv. GHCB informed that GHCB has finished the support works along the collapse area/ iv. GHCB

treatment restored and shall be continuing the HRT farther excavation and support works from

v. Status of Insurance v. ER reminded GHCB to submit the details of insurance claim with all correspondences v. GHCB, Action to
Claims exchanged in between GHCB and the Insurance Company. GHCB noted for internal be finished by 26th

asked GHCB to expedite the concrete placing in Erection bay.

AOB:- (i). ER reminded GHCB once again that GHCB is aware about the conditions of Highway to Dam & Head works area and about the
extent of damage this road has faced during monsoon of 2020. Accordingly, GHCB should share their material procurement and
stocking plan as how GHCB intends to ensure availability of stock of sufficient material to meet the requirement of construction works
to be continued in Dam & Head works site during the upcoming rainy season of 2021. GHCB noted and informed that the matter is
under internal discussion with GHCB and shall be updating the ER after finalization of these plans.ER noted.
i. ER highlighted that GHCB has been unable to place the Erection bay concrete at EL 925.65 m until now due to various reasons
attributable to GHCB such as incorrect placing of reinforcement, non-availability of stand by concrete placing pump etc. GHCB
should expedite the placing of concrete in Erection Bay.
ER thanks all the participants in the (Lot -1, Lot -2, EMP and the ER team)and closed the meeting at 4:45 PM.
