M A D A M :

Greetings of Peace!

May I modestly request your good office for a transfer of station from Hagonoy West District to
Hagonoy East District. Mr. Abner M. Pagdanganan of San Juan E/S is retiring, and I am taking this
opportunity to be transferred on whichever school on Hagonoy East is left vacant without a Principal.
My request for transfer is due to the following reasons:
1. The distance between the school and my home is adding stress due to travel time. The time I could
have spent at home or doing additional office work is wasted on travel time.
2. On my everyday commute, I spend at least 200 pesos a day on transportation cost alone and it
exceeds more as I commute during high tides. This takes a toll on my expenses, a health risk and not
to mention the time I spend to not coincide with the tides on a weekly basis.
2. I am having heart ailments and diabetes, I think it would be better for my health to serve in a school
near where I reside to lessen my time to travel and allot it to rest.
I believe I can be more productive, efficient, and effective if I will serve in a station near where I
reside. I hope and I pray for your favorable consideration regarding this matter.

Thank you very much and God Bless Us All!

Very truly yours,

NOEMI R. ZOLETA
School Principal II
