As a resident of Labo, she could better serve the community if transferred closer to home. She also suffers from asthma attacks and the long commute from her home in Labo poses health risks. Greetings of peace and prosperity!

I, JEAN KAYZEL N. RODELAS, a Senior High School teacher in General Academic Strand have the
honor to apply for transfer as Teacher-2 from my present station which is Bulala High School, Bulala, Sta.
Elena, Camarines Norte to Labo Science and Technology High School or Aniceta de lara Pimentel High
School in Labo, Camarines Norte or in any school near my residence due to the following reasons:

1. I have served my current station for more than (3) years since I was hired in July 28, 2017 to
present.
2. I am a bonafide resident of Purok-1B, Brgy. Anahaw, Labo, Camarines Norte and I am sure that I
can extend many services even beyond official hours shall the exigency of my service would be
required.
3. Sometimes, I get severe bronchial and skin asthma attacks which imperatively need immediate
treatment from nearby hospitals. Considering the distance of my station to the nearest hospital in Sta.
Elena, I think it would cost a lot of time to be there on time to get treatment.
4. It is a great opportunity for me because my present station is far from my residence thus, it will
greatly ease my financial capability since my travelling fare would lessen.
5. It will minimize my time/ hours consumed in travelling to and from my present station thus, I can
spend more time in accomplishing other work-related tasks.
6. With the shortened distance from graduate schools, I will be able to pursue my graduate studies and
professional growth.
7. With the ongoing course of CoVid19 pandemic, I may be able to avoid getting infected because I will
no longer have to face many passengers inside a commuter’s jeepney.

It is my fervent hope and prayer that this humble request will be given meritorious favor from your very
good office.
