Inclusion criteria Obstetrics and Gynecology patients admitted in any ward/unit under direct
management of Obstetrics and Gynecology Team. All patients including DAMA,
LAMA, absconded and deceased. Patients with a stay of less than 24 hours
provided they are admitted and discharged on different calendar days.
Exclusion criteria Well-baby discharges, Day Care Unit patients
