Lifting Plan Requirements

1.      Scope and Engineering characteristics
2.      Applicable Lifting laws (i.e. LOLER 1998)
3.      Detail Roles & Responsibilities with Organogram (Erection and Supervision team)
4.      List of Working machines and tools including quantities, working condition, working radius, load
capacity and work content
5.      List of Main parameters of WTGs equipment (i.e. Tower Section T-1 with length and weight)
6.      Procedure and lifting planning of unloading and erection of WTGs at site including (four tower
section with nacelle, hub and blades)
7.      Crane Load weight chart (crawler and truck mobile crane)
8.      Define Work permit procedure (lifting activity)
9.      Lifting procedure in case of night work and maximum wind speed for activity
10.   List of rigging equipment’s with load bearing capacity use for lifting
11.   Procedure of rig the load using good rigging practices
12.   Emergency Planning
13.   Related Inspection checklists
14.   Attached necessary drawings in the plan and refer method of statements, Job safety
analysis/risk assessment
