Supervisor’s comments on the intern’s performance and recommendations:

Interns´s comments on the feedback provided:

the evaluation cycle.

In order to rate the performance as Oustanding ("5") it is important to note that this rating is to be
used only in very exceptional cases and should be given very selectively, to only the highest
performers, the Staff Member must demonstrate:

1. Performance that is consistently and significantly above expectations

other tasks.

4. Superior ("4")

evaluation cycle.

The ratings of superior("4") should be applied in all those cases when the Direct Supervisor feels that
neither of the "cornerstone" ratings, "3" or "5", adequately reflects/describes the Staff Member’s
performance.

exceeds the expectations associated with the rating of Satisfactory ("3"), but does not fully meet the
criteria to be rated as Outstanding ("5").

evaluation cycle.

supervisor feels that neither of the "cornerstone" ratings, "1" or "3" adequately reflects/describes
the Staff Member's performance.

1. The staff performance is lacking in some aspects
2. Did not fully meet the expectations.
3. The "shortcomings" are not significant enough to deserve the rating unsatisfactory
