PRESS RELEASE

The following statement released by CKG's (CooLKids Gaming™) Management refers to the
recent incident involving a certain Mr. Guarin and the invasion of privacy made regarding CKG's
private conversations.

I
ISSUE
1.1 A public post was made by a certain Mr. Biboy Guarin through a Facebook Group Page
defaming the CooLKids Gaming Group.

1.2 The said post includes screenshots of a private group chat named, “CKG AFFINITY”,
wherein a certain player (previous member of NRX) was shown to have sent vulgar
words pertaining to the NRX management and the late “Kyaaah”, a member of NRX.

1.3 The issue of the player cursing the NRX Management happened last September 13,
2020. (See Exhibit A)

1.4 Whereas, the issue between the said player and the NRX Management were immediately
solved the day after the cursing of the player, dated last September 14, 2020.

1.5 The Facebook page of Colour Gaming (NRX) has already stated that CKG clan are not
involved in this issue but only their previous member. (See exhibit B)

CooLKids Gaming™ STATEMENT

2.1 The management is a Third Party on the issue of NRX’s previous member. CKG has no
knowledge nor involvement with NRX’s internal affairs. The malicious act committed by
Mr. Biboy Guarin through defamatory words against CKG shall not be tolerated. CKG
has decided to send a formal notice after this press release to Mr. Guarin. CKG is
considering to look out for viable options to pursue legal remedies in order to protect its
interest.

2.2 The CooLKids Gaming™ believes in the spirit of camaraderie, we do not condone foul
language and bad behavior, what we want to have within the gaming community is a
friendly and amiable reputation.
2.3 To the NRX Family, CKG would like to extended our deepest sympathies to you and
most especially to the bereaved family of “Kyaaah”. May our CKG Family condolences
bring you comfort and may the prayers ease the pain of this loss. Kyaaah,may you rest in
