that include hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) have been replaced with new articles that do not.

Foreword
Read and understand the safety instructions in the Operator's Manual and Service Information for the machine.
The Installation Instruction sometimes refers to information in the Operator's and Service Manual.
The equipment must be assembled by an authorized person at an authorized workshop.
The Installation Instruction is based on the use of special tools, E-tools and standard tools generally available.
Regarding bolted joints which are not listed here, see "Volvo standard tightening torques".
Volvo Construction Equipment AB, will accept no responsibility if other tools or work methods than those
described in this publication are used.

Tech Tool
Camera

1. Connect the Tech Tool service tool to the network. Select “Administer software, new”, select Accessory
kit (Conversion kit) and enter the number 11721158.

2. Place the machine in service position.

3. Turn off the electric power with the battery disconnector.

4. Connect the camera to the bracket.

5. Install the bracket in the frame. Clamp down the camera's cable in the bracket.

6. Connect the camera to the cable. Clamp the cable to the frame's existing cable harness to the
branching point. Distance between cable ties should be approx. 300 mm.

7. Connect the camera cable to the existing cable harness for the frame and the cab.
NOTE!
Route the camera cable in through the existing cable protection.

Monitor

8. Install the bracket kit in the cab roof.


Install the monitor in the bracket kit.

9. Disconnect the right loudspeaker and route the cable from the monitor to the headlining in the cab roof.

10. Remove the lower casing.

11. Loosen and remove the air channel. Route the cable from the monitor to the lower part of the cab wall.

12. Clamp the cable harnesses on the cab wall.

13. Connect the monitor's cable harness to the existing cable harness. Clamp.

14. Install the leadthrough in the cab wall. Connect the cable to the monitor and the camera on the outside
of the cab wall.

15. Reinstall the lower casing, air channel, and the right loudspeaker.

16. Restore the machine from the service position.
