Mix proportions of materials weights for one cubic meter(1m3) concrete for saturated
surface dry condition (SSD):-

1. Cement = 270kg
2. GGBS = 130kg
3. Water = 142.19kg=142kg(approximately)
4. Admixture = 2.40kg
5. 26.5mm = 326kg
6. 20mm = 393kg
7. 10mm = 586kg
8. Robo Sand = 442kg
9. Crushed Sand = 297kg

Water Correction for per cum of concrete for dry Condition:-

1. 26.5mm = 326*0.42% = 1.37Kg


2. 20mm = 393*0.41% = 1.61Kg
3. 10mm = 586*0.50% = 2.93Kg
4. Crushed Sand = 297*1.57% = 4.60Kg
5. Robo Sand = 442*1.65% = 7.29Kg

Total Weight of Water = 17.80 Kg

Condition:-

1. Cement = 270kg

3. Water(142+17.80) = 159.80kg=160kg(approximately)
4. Admixture = 2.40kg

7. 10mm = 583kg
8. Crushed Sand = 295kg
9. Robo Sand = 435kg

Initial - 70 mm
30 min - 55 mm
60 min - 45 mm
90 min - 35 mm
120 min - 25 mm
