III. Procedure:
a. Motivation:
The teacher will show some pictures describing the topic that will be discuss.
b. Lesson Proper:
1. Activity:
The teacher will give a pre-assessment test for the class so she could know if they have an idea about the topic.
After the assessment she will start discussing by beginning the lesson from the basic terms in health which are
the following: health and wellness. She will continue the lecture to the main topic which is family health.
2. Analysis:
a. How important health to an individual?
b. Can you differentiate health and wellness?
c. What are the terms describing family health?
