w’lo’-‘ani l’badi ki ‘im-gam kal-yod’`ey ha’emeth.
2Joh1:1 The elder to the chosen lady and to her children, whom I love it in truth;
and not only I, but also all who know the truth,

2Joh1:2 for the sake of the truth which abides among us and shall be with us forever:

ume’eth ‘Adoneynu Yahushuà haMashiyach Ben-ha’Ab be’emeth ub’ahabah.
2Joh1:3 Grace, mercy and peace shall be with us, from the Elohim the Father
and from our Master `SWJY the Mashiyach, the Son of the Father, in truth and in love.

2Joh1:4 I rejoiced greatly that I found some of your children walking in truth,
as we received a commandment which is from the Father.

2Joh1:5 And now I ask you, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment to you,
but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.

ἀλλὰ ἣν εἴχοµεν ἀπ’ ἀρχῆς, ἵνα ἀγαπῶµεν ἀλλήλους.

2Joh1:6 Andthis is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is
the commandment, as you have heard from the beginning, that you should walk in it.

2Joh1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world,
those who do not confess that `SWJY the Mashiyach came in the flesh.
This is the deceiver and the anti-the Mashiyach.
‹7› ὅτι πολλοὶ πλάνοι ἐξῆλθον εἰς τὸν κόσµον, οἱ µὴ ὁµολογοῦντες
Ἰησοῦν Χριστὸν ἐρχόµενον ἐν σαρκί· οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ πλάνος καὶ ὁ ἀντίχριστος.

but that you might receive a complete reward.

2Joh1:9 Everyone, who transgresses on the teaching of the Mashiyach
and does not abide in it, does not have Elohim;
that abides in the teaching of the Mashiyach, he has both the Father and the Son.

but I hope to come to you, and to speak face to face, so that our joy may be complete.
