Deputy Garcia made contact with a male who was distraught and later identified him as Tnrael Ramirez who stated he was the child’ step-father. Mr. Ramirez told bien the rather of the child was identified Danielle Lujan and wihile responding to the residence she lad been involved in a cer crash where she suffered injuries and was transported to Mountain View Hospital in Las Cries. 1 5, Ambulance Medic 19 arrived on scene and tnnspored Kamilah Hemandez to ‘Memorial Medal Center. He stated approximately thirty minules ater Ms. Lujan lef, the decided to check on the infant. He advised the child likes to cover her face with the blankets and has done so in the past. 8, He stated he walked into the master bedroom and observed the cild was completely covered with the blanket in the basinet, He pulled the blanket off of her and noticed the child was purple in color and not breathing.
