Processing questions:
1. How many vigorous-intensity activities have you done the whole day? How about moderate-
intensity activities? What about less-intensity? How can you consider it healthy and active lifestyle?

- 3 to 4 vigorous-intensity activities, 2 to 3 moderate-intensity activities, and 4 to 5 less


intensity activities the whole day. An active lifestyle means you do physical activity throughout the
day. Any activity that gets you up and moving is part of an active lifestyle.

2. What are the factors that can help you maximize your free time?

- The best things to follow when you are free must be the one that can help you to gain
something or encourage you to be productive. The things that I follow in my free time are Exercisin,
Reading, Volunteering work, Good hobbies such as outdoor activities or indoor games (chess).

3. Do you consider your daily activities healthy or unhealthy?

- I consider my daily activities healthy because it makes me active everyday in my daily life
and also it makes me fit.
