¢ pus Republic of the Philippines Department of Environment and Natural Resources NATIONAL WATER RESOURCES BOARD RESOLUTION No. _0370715 July 22, 2015 144"* Meeting of the Reconstituted Board APPROVAL OF THE REVISED 2015 NWRB FEES AND CHARGES WHEREAS, under Administrative Order No. 31 series of 2012, all departments, bureaus, commissions, agencies, offices and instrumentalities of the National Government were directed to'rationalize the rates of their existing fees and charges, and if found necessary, increase such rates and impose new fees and charges; WHEREAS, the present fees and charges of the NWRB was approved on March 21, 2005 as per Board Resolution No, 010-0305 which became effective on September 27, 2006, and it has not been increased since then so there is now a need to update the same for cost recovery; WHEREAS, in accordance with A.O. No. 31, the NWRB conducted a stakeholder consultation in May 2015 and posted the proposed revised fees and charges in the NWRB Website from April 22, 2015 to May 31, 2915 to solicit views, comments, issues and other reactions; NOW THEREFORE, upon the recommendation of the Revision of Fees Committee, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the attached Revised 2015 NWRB Fees and Charges. The Revised Fees and Charges shall be effective fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of national circulation.
